1. Acceptance of Terms AllDrive OU ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Urly URL shortening service ("Service") subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (the "Terms of Service," or "ToS"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service The Service allows users to shorten the length of URLs (Uniform Resource Locators). This Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. Modifications to Terms of Service The Company reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Use of the Service You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your use of the Service.
5. Prohibited Use. You are prohibited from using the Service to share URLs that: Are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. Contain malware, viruses, or any other harmful computer code.
6. Intellectual Property Rights You acknowledge that the Service contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
7. Disclaimer of Liability AllDrive OU is not responsible for the content of any shortened URLs used in connection with the Service. The Company does not endorse, verify, or otherwise certify the contents of any such URLs. Users of the Service assume all risk of use and indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from their use of the Service.
8. Termination. The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
9. Governing Law These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. No Refund Policy: The Company retains the discretion to refuse refunds of any payments made by you, irrespective of the circumstances leading to the termination of your account or any disputes regarding services rendered.
11. Changes to the Service The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

12. Monetization Policy: We may attach advertisement links to some of the shortened URLs. This is to help us cover the costs of running the service.
